SCI Recovery Project was founded in 2007 by former Chairman of the Board, Terry Davis, who saw a void for post-acute rehabilitation and exercise programs for those suffering with paralysis in Colorado’s Front Range communities.

SCI Recovery Project started with staff traveling by truck with minimal equipment from house to house providing exercise programs for their clients. As popularity for the program grew, SCI Recovery Project settled in a 1000 square foot facility in Boulder, Colorado.

SCI Recovery Project became a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in March of 2008 and is now proud of its most recent expansion to a new 5600 square foot state-of-the-art adaptive exercise facility in the heart of North Denver.

SCI Recovery Project currently served our participants with over 4,000 hours of One-on-One Adaptive Exercise in 2013.
